Our four-star Ronce-les-Bains club-village, in Charente-Maritime, has a myriad of activities and entertainment in store for all the family. Starting with babies and little ones (0 to 3 years), who will have a whale of a time in their own play area, “The Little Corsairs’ Refuge”. Then there are kids’ and teens’ clubs for three to 17-year-olds. Our club village has five, so that our qualified activity leaders can offer fun learning activities tailored to each age group.
Adults are not forgotten, don’t worry! They can enjoy the heated pool and tennis courts. Free and paying activities are available on site or nearby. There are Tai Chi classes every morning under the pines, beginners’ salsa classes, walks, cycle rides – or you can learn how to make éclade de moules, a traditional Île d’Oléron fishermen’s dish. Outside our four-star Charente-Maritime club village, the whole family can make the most of the 25 km of ‘Blue Flag’ fine-sand beaches of the La Tremblade coast. Feel up to climbing the 300 steps of the nearby Phare de la Coubre lighthouse? Those brave enough will be rewarded with exceptional panoramic views over the Gironde estuary, La Coubre forest, Presqu’île d’Arvert peninsula and Île d’Oléron. A wide variety of water sports, including surfing, fishing, sand yachting and kitesurfing, are of course available at the clubs along the Charente coast (additional charges apply).
For 3 to 5-year-olds. During the school holidays. A variety of age-appropriate activities are laid on for your children’s enjoyment, including: group games, craft and play activities, cookery workshops, treasure hunts and the production of a stage show. One day trip per week. Mini disco, video night.

Heated pool with 2 paddling pools (1 night pool party in summer). Pétanque, volleyball, table tennis and water-polo tournaments, challenges, pool games, fashion shows. Tennis, hockey, jogging, basketball, mini football, futnet, etc. Aqua aerobics sessions. Fitness sessions: gentle aerobics, aqua aerobics, aerobics, step, abs and buttocks workout, relaxation, stretching. Early morning tai chi under the pines (in July and August). Beginners’ dance: salsa, Madison, etc.
