General terms and conditions of the Azureva referral program
FOR THE SPONSOR: In order to sponsor, the Sponsor must have booked and paid in full for at least one Azureva* stay in the last 3 years prior to the start date of the Sponsoree’s stay. For each Azureva* stay thus sponsored and completed by the Sponsoree, the Sponsor receives a voucher worth €50 for the 1st sponsorship, €75 for the 2nd and €100 for the 3rd sponsorship. The amounts of consecutive vouchers 1, 2 and 3 are cumulative and can be deducted from a future Azureva stay. For the 4th referral, the above procedure is repeated and will be valid for another stay. Validity of the voucher: 1 year from the date of issue for a minimum stay of one week (full board, half board or rental) starting during the voucher validity period. It may be combined with any promotional offers in the catalog, promotions, discounts and other partner agreements or discounts (unless otherwise stated). The sponsorship voucher cannot be used to finance booking fees, tourist taxes, insurance, themed holidays, ski passes, ski lifts, other services other than Azureva accommodation or local personal expenses. The cumulative amount of discounts granted to the Sponsor under the sponsorship program may under no circumstances exceed the total value (including tax) of the stay booked. Discounts cannot be split up and must be used in full at once. If the total amount of discounts exceeds the price of the stay, no refund, credit note or cash compensation may be claimed.
FOR THE SUBJECT: The subject must be a new customer. This refers to any individual of legal age who has not made a confirmed and paid reservation with Azureva in the 5 years preceding a new reservation (e.g.: Stay planned for 07/06/2025, the last Azureva stay must be prior to 07/06/2020). The Azureva sponsorship request will only be considered if the sponsoree is not registered on the sponsor’s file. The €100 discount applies to Azureva* sites only for a minimum stay of one week on a full-board, half-board or rental basis. The sponsorship request must be submitted before the start of the sponsored person’s stay. Only one sponsor discount will be accepted per family and per application. Validity of the sponsorship voucher: 1 year from the date of issue for a minimum stay of one week on a full-board, half-board or rental basis. It may be combined with any promotional offers in the catalog, promotions, discounts and other partner agreements or discounts (unless otherwise stated). The sponsorship voucher cannot be used to finance booking fees, tourist taxes, insurance, themed holidays, ski passes, ski lifts, other services outside Azureva accommodation or local personal expenses. The cumulative amount of discounts granted to the Patron under the sponsorship program may under no circumstances exceed the total value (including tax) of the stay booked. Discounts cannot be split up and must be used in full at once. Should the total amount of discounts exceed the price of the stay, no refund, credit note or cash compensation may be claimed.
