Azureva opens its doors to your faithful four-legged companions. Because we know how important your pets are to you, we welcome them with care and attention. Dogs* and cats are welcome in our establishments, to make your vacation even more unforgettable.

Booking arrangements for you and your pet

  • Reservations by telephone: 04 84 311 311 or online at www.azureva-vacances.com.
  • Only 1 pet per unit.
  • Pets are allowed at the reception desk, in the accommodation, on the bar terraces and in the park.
  • Dogs and cats must be vaccinated and tattooed/chipped. You must be able to present the mandatory vaccination certificate to the establishment.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash, must not disturb the peace and safety of holidaymakers, and must respect hygiene rules.
  • Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. Azureva provides bag dispensers in the park for this purpose.

* Category 1 and 2 Pitbull, Rottweiler and Tosa dogs are not accepted.

I have a duty to my pet

  • Responsible for his well-being, I make sure he has food and water.
  • I never leave my pet in my car or in the sun.
  • I have his health record and identification card.
  • I respect him physically, psychologically and emotionally: our interactions are fun and pleasant.

I have duties towards the other residents of the vacation center

  • I teach my pet to live with other animals and people.
  • I keep him on a leash throughout the vacation village or residence.
  • I know that the children’s area is reserved for children.
  • I respect landscaped green spaces.
  • I always carry bags of faeces with me, collect them and dispose of them in the garbage cans provided.
  • I take him out regularly to a quiet place to get him used to life at the vacation center.
  • I listen to my pet. If it makes a noise, I know it means something.
  • I intervene gently with my pet so as not to disturb the other residents.

What if it bites or scratches?

  • I know he just wants to get in touch.
  • I don’t scold him…

What if it growls or fires?

  • I know he’s warning that the situation makes him uncomfortable.
  • I know there’s a risk.
  • I allow my pet to calm down by removing him from this uncomfortable situation.
  • I don’t scold him.
