Enjoy the beaches and the sea
Summer vacations on the Mediterranean are impossible without a swim! Azureva St-Cyprien is located in the heart of a 4,019 km² natural marine park with 100 km of coastline. The sandy beaches at Saint-Cyprien stretch over 6 km. Among the various beaches, in the north, Plage de l’Art is located near the large St-Cyprien market and regularly hosts volleyball tournaments. Plage de la Lagune, in the south of the town, is the wildest, ideal for rejuvenation. The northern beach is ideal for windsurfing. The town of St Cyprien has been awarded the “pavillon bleu” (blue flag) for the quality of its beaches and bathing waters. So dive in!
Take a stroll in the large Parc de la Prade
Parc de la Prade boasts 2.5 km of marked trails and itineraries, including a sports trail, three ponds, an ornithological zone, a city stadium, a children’s garden, a free picnic/grill area… Its unspoilt natural setting offers a wealth of activities to delight hikers, cyclists, horse riders and all holidaymakers!
Visit the Jardin des Plantes
Just 5 minutes from the beach, head for the Jardin des Plantes de St Cyprien, a must-see! Set in a century-old 5-hectare park, it is home to over 800 species of plants and vegetation. For a Zen day in the heart of this haven of peace, you can book yoga, tai chi and meditation sessions. Guided tours, entertainment and a variety of shows are on offer during the summer season.
Family fun at Aqualand
South of Saint-Cyprien, the Aqualand park delights adults and children alike. It’s the perfect place to cool off and have fun in summer, but also to relax. The complex offers something for everyone, with 15 attractions on a 7-hectare site, including an aquatic roller coaster, slides, wave pools, sun loungers and several restaurants for gourmets.
Take advantage of its dynamic port
The Port de St-Cyprien is a true meeting place for all its inhabitants. Europe’s 3rd-largest yachting harbor charms vacationers with its fish sales on the quayside, its new top-of-the-range harbor master’s office and its sublime moored yachts. It’s also home to a wide range of nautical activities, including a promenade boat base and scuba diving clubs. Its quays are also the perfect place to relax and enjoy fish, seafood platters and delicious Catalan specialties.
Play a round of golf
The St-Cyprien golf course offers a change of pace from traditional Mediterranean summer activities such as boating and the beach. Tropical Golf includes a landscaped mini-golf course, 2 18-hole courses with grassed greens, and 5,000 m² of exotic atmosphere. Enough to satisfy the desires of your entire tribe!

To burn off those vacation calories or simply have fun, head for the Grand Stade les Cappellans sports complex. Just two minutes from the port and the beach, this sports complex covers 4 hectares of lush greenery and offers a wide range of activities for seasoned sports enthusiasts and amateurs alike: 20 tennis courts (including 4 outdoor), 3 squash courts, 1 swimming pool, 1 fitness room, 1 weights room, 1 sauna… it’s impossible to get bored with so many activities!
