Plage de la Lagune, in the south of the town, is the wildest, ideal for rejuvenation. The northern beach is ideal for windsurfing. Parc de la Prade boasts 2.5 km of marked trails and itineraries, including a sports trail, three ponds, an ornithological zone, a city stadium, a children’s garden, a free picnic/grill area… Its unspoilt natural setting offers a wealth of activities to delight hikers, cyclists, horse riders and all holidaymakers!
Just 5 minutes from the beach, head for the Jardin des Plantes de St Cyprien, a must-see! Set in a century-old 5-hectare park, it is home to over 800 species of plants and vegetation. For a Zen day in the heart of this haven of peace, you can book yoga, tai chi and meditation sessions. Guided tours, entertainment and a variety of shows are on offer during the summer season.
South of Saint-Cyprien, the Aqualand park delights adults and children alike. It’s the perfect place to cool off and have fun in summer, but also to relax. The complex offers something for everyone, with 15 attractions on a 7-hectare site, including an aquatic roller coaster, slides, wave pools, sun loungers and several restaurants for gourmets.
The Port de St-Cyprien is a true meeting place for all its inhabitants. Europe’s 3rd-largest yachting harbor charms vacationers with its fish sales on the quayside, its new top-of-the-range harbor master’s office and its sublime moored yachts. It’s also home to a wide range of nautical activities, including a promenade boat base and scuba diving clubs.
